A regular waterboat service and private water taxis run from the airport to Venice. Venice railway station is connected to the airport by a bus service that runs every 20 minutes. Take bus number 5 to Piazzale Roma bus terminal then waterbus 1 to the stop San Silvestro, then waterbus 82 to the stop Rialto. From the Santa Lucia train station take waterbus number 82 to the Rialto.
Driving directions: From Venice Marco Polo airport take the A1 motorway Roma-Firenze-Bologna-Venezia towards Venice, and then the A4 into the city centre.
