Abbazia Hotel 
Part of an ancient Carmelite monastery complex, the Abbazia provides a historic and base from which to explore Venice.The recent conversion of the building into a hotel created 50 air-conditioned guestrooms overlooking the private gardens.
Guests of the Abbazia can use its concierge for arranging local sight-seeing and also have free entry to the Murano Glass Museum.

A regular waterboat service and water taxis run from the airport to Venice. Traditional taxis are also available at the airport. There are scheduled bus services every 20-30 Venice; Venice-Mestre railway station is connected to the airport by a bus service that runs every 20 minutes.
The network of water taxis or ‘vaporettos’ are the best way to see the sights of Venice.
