There is an hourly express train service to Rome’s Termini station, from which guests can walk to the hotel or take the metro to Barberini. Taxis to the center are readily available, but take a licensed metered taxi only. An airport surcharge is payable.

Driving directions: From the north autoroute exit, proceed towards Rome. Take the Grande Raccordo Anulare (ring road). Exit at Flaminio direction Centro, then drive about 3 km (1.8 miles) on Via Flaminia Nuova until you reach the end of the road, then turn right. Follow the direction for Via delle Belle Arti up to Muro Torto. From here, follow Via di porta Pinciana and then Via Ludovisi. From the east autoroute exit, proceed towards Rome. At the end of the road, turn left towards San Giovanni, and from San Giovanni go down Via Merulana towards Santa Maria Maggiore. From Santa Maria Maggiore, follow the directions for Stazione Termini then proceed down Via Veneto and then Via Ludovisi. From the south autoroute exit, proceed to the Grande Raccordo Anulare (ring road), follow the direction for Casilina del Raccordo Anulare. Exit at Casilino towards the Centro and proceed to San Giovanni. From San Giovanni go down Via Merulana towards Santa Maria Maggiore. From Santa Maria Maggiore, follow the directions for Stazione Termini. From the station, proceed down Via Veneto and then Via Ludovisi.

Rome''s integrated transportation system includes buses and trams (ATAC), subway (metropolitana), suburban trains (FM) and coaches (COTRAL). The nearest metro stop to the hotel is Barberini. The city center is easily negotiated on foot. Rome justifiably has a reputation as one of the most dangerous places to drive in the world. Its narrow streets, and road users’ relaxed attitudes towards any form of traffic regulations, make it a challenge for even the most experienced driver.
