Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO): Approximate driving time is 30 minutes and distance is 25 kilometres (15.5 miles).

There is an express train service every 30 minutes to Rome’s Termini train station (journey time 30 minutes). A single ticket costs around €10. Alternatively, guests can take the slower service and alight at Ostiense station, then take bus number 75 to the hotel. Taxis are readily available at the airport, but take a licensed metered taxi only. An airport surcharge is payable. A taxi to the hotel will cost €50. The hotel can also arrange transfers.

Driving directions: From Rome Fiumicino Airport take the Roma-Fiumicino Autostrada motorway. Leave at the second exit and join the ring road, known as the GRA, in the direction of Aurelia – Citta’ del Vaticano. Take exit No. 1 Aurelio and turn right on entering the city, just before the first set of traffic lights. Follow the Aurelia Antica road to the hotel.

Rome''s efficient integrated transportation system includes buses, trams, subway (metro) and suburban trains. Tickets should be bought before boarding and are available from ATAC ticket machines and all tobacconists. The city centre is easily negotiated on foot. Traffic in Rome is often busy and chaotic so driving is not generally recommended.
