Le Siecle - Set on the front of the hotel, with large windows and an outside terrace, Le Siecle overlooks the Promenade des Anglais and serves lunch and dinner on four intimate levels beneath glass ceiling-panels painted in Art Nouveau style. The extensive menu features classic Mediterranean dishes and selections with an Asian influence, such as Carpaccio of Japanese Marine-Radish with Szechwan Pepper.
La Terrasse - Serving an alfresco hot-and-cold buffet breakfast each morning, La Terrasse also offers a bar open from mid-afternoon to late evening. This terrace on the front of the building is partly covered by large awnings, and guests sit at marble-and-wrought-iron tables and chairs beside the street life of the Promenade des Anglais.
