Le Siecle - Set on the front of the hotel, with large windows and an outside terrace, Le Siecle overlooks the Promenade des Anglais and serves lunch and dinner on four intimate levels beneath glass ceiling-panels painted in Art Nouveau style. The extensive menu features classic Mediterranean dishes and selections with an Asian influence, such as Carpaccio of Japanese Marine-Radish with Szechwan Pepper.
