New Bar - A recent refurbishment for the New Bar restaurant features dark wood, neutral fabrics, and fine prints. Open for lunch and dinner from Monday to Saturday, this small restaurant, with tables extending onto a shaded terrace, serves Mediterranean cuisine. Signature dishes include risotto with cèpe mushrooms and parmesan and beef fillet with foie gras. An adjacent bar is open from Monday to Saturday from morning until late evening, when the bar is usually buzzing. Drinks are served in a smart setting of red and gold velour bench seating and stools with oriental motifs.
