La Divellec - Decorated in light cream with dark wood accents, this restaurant has a warm atmosphere and serves a seasonally changing menu of Mediterranean dishes. The restaurant terrace, in a quiet corner of the hotel garden, is softly lit and has a Provencal decor. A private dining room for parties up to 12 is also available. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Closed on Sundays.

Champagne Bar and Lobby Lounge - Light and airy bar and lounge with cream and dark red decor overlooking the main garden and Castellana Boulevard. Serves light breakfasts, coffees, pastries, tapas snacks and sandwiches as well as English afternoon tea. In the evening guests can enjoy cocktails and champagne to live piano music. There is a terracotta tiled summer terrace with flower arches and gazebos.

Tse-Yang Restaurant - Located just off the hotel’s interior patio, this modern restaurant with its Asia-inspired decor serves a range of Chinese dishes such as Peking Duck, accompanied by an extensive wine-list. Open for lunch and dinner daily.

Driving directions: From the airport follow route N-11 until Avenida de América and then take the turning for Maria de Molina. Follow road until Doctor Gregorio Marañon square. Turn left and follow Paseo de la Castellana boulevard. The hotel is situated 500 metres after Emilio Castellar square.
