Taxis are readily available from the Airport Arrivals terminal and cost approximately €25 to the hotel. Alternatively, there is a Metro station from Terminal 2 that takes guests quickly into town and other destinations – the nearest metro station to the hotel is Velazquez (line 4). An airport shuttle service is also available at a surcharge and drops guests at Colon Square which is 300 metres from the hotel.
Driving directions: From the airport, take the A-11 in the direction of Avenida de America. Go straight ahead until you reach Serrano Street and then turn left at Hermosilla Street until you reach Velazquez Street where the hotel is located.
Madrid is well served by an extensive and efficient underground rail system (Metro) and bus network. Much of the centre is easily explored on foot and taxis are a viable option.
