Buses, taxis and hire cars are available at the airport. Shuttle buses run from the airport to Canning Town tube station; from here take the Jubilee Line south to Canada Water.

Driving directions: From the airport, go straight on at the first roundabout, and at the airport roundabout take the first exit onto the A112. At the next roundabout take the third exit onto North Woolwich Road. Cross the River Lea. At the next roundabout, take the first exit into East India Dock Road and then turn left onto Branch Road, heading into the Rotherhithe Tunnel. On emerging from the tunnel, take the first exit at the roundabout into Lower Road, continue into Redriff Road and then turn right into Rotherhithe Street.

The hotel provides a courtesy shuttle bus to and from Canada Water bus and underground station on the Jubilee Line. From here, guests can access the London Underground tube network and Docklands Light Railway. A commuter boat service runs from Canary Wharf pier west to Savoy Pier and east to Greenwich Pier. There is a shuttle service from Nelson Dock Pier outside the hotel to canary Wharf Pier.
