The railway station in Paisley is 3 kilometers (2 miles) from the airport - a few minutes away by taxi or ten minutes by bus. There are eight trains an hour from Monday to Saturday and five trains an hour on Sundays from Paisley to Glasgow Central rail station. Taxis are available 24 hours a day from the front of the main terminal building. Shuttle buses to central Glasgow are run by Fairline and Scottish Citylink. Journey time is about 20 minutes.
Bus services are frequent and reliable; tickets can be bought on board. After midnight there are night bus services around the city leaving from George Square. Taxis are also readily available.
