The Pompadour - Traditionally furnished restaurant offering panoramic views over Princes Street and Edinburgh Castle through pretty semi-circular windows. Serves a blend of Scottish and international cuisine accompanied by an extensive wine list. Dishes include Carpaccio of while Highland venison, Pan-fried medallions of monkfish and Roasted Scottish beef served with honey coated vegetables, chateau potatoes and béarnaise sauce.

Chisolm’s Restaurant and Bar - Offering international and Scottish dishes in restaurant incorporating the original architecture of the former Caledonian railway station. Every night of the week the bar has a Sparkling hour between 5 and 7 where champagne and strawberries are served. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Henry J Bean’s - Lively American themed cocktail bar with a relaxed atmosphere serving a huge selection of mixed cocktails and American classic dishes. The bar is lined with an extensive display of liquors and drinkers are encouraged to order any drink imaginable.
