Dining at the Discovery at Marigot Bay

The Boudreau - Named after Captain Walter Boudreau, the legendary schooner captain who first sailed into the bay and built the hotel 50 years ago, this elegant restaurant is decorated with Boudreau memorabilia and historical pictures. It features French Colonial-style dining with casual breakfasts and lunches, and more formal candle-lit dinners with a Continental menu.

Rainforest Hideaway - A restaurant and champagne bar fusion is accessible by ferry less than a minute away. The retreat features soothing jazz, tropical blossoms, vines, and strings of lights on a dock across the water.

Dabloon - An informal restaurant and bar located over the marina.

Coffee Dock - A European-style coffee shop serving breakfasts, all-day snacks, sandwiches, and gourmet coffee. Guests can dine under the umbrellas around the dinghy dock on the edge of the inner bay.

Hurricane Hole - The original harbor lights, barrels, and signage still remain at this bar, along with the views of the bay.

Pink Snail - A cocktail bar themed around the original Dr. Doolittle movie, which was filmed at this location 40 years ago. A pink glass and resin bar is accompanied by accent lighting.

Bakery - The resort’s own bakery, offering a wide range of breads, pastries, and ice cream in the Marina Village courtyard garden.

Room service is available during limited hours.
