Cape Town International Airport (CPT): Approximate driving time is 20 minutes and distance is 21 kilometers (13 miles).
Taxis are readily available outside the airport, and a taxi to central Cape Town costs R250. The hotel offers an airport shuttle service for a fee.
Driving directions: From the airport, take the N2 towards Cape Town CBD. Turn off at the first intersection signposted for V&A Waterfront. Continue along this road, which is Buitengracht Street, to number 101.
Metro commuter trains are a good way to get around town and Cape Town has an effective bus network, although most services stop running in the early evening. Taxis can be expensive but are worth considering late at night.
