Taxis are readily available outside the airport, and a taxi to central Cape Town costs between 150 and 200 Rand. The hotel provides a complimentary pre-arranged shuttle service.
Driving directions: From the airport, take the N2 in the direction of Cape Town City Center. The N2 splits in two to become De Waal Drive and the Eastern Boulevard where Groote Schuur Hospital is on the right, Table Mountain on the left. Take the left lane for De Waal Drive (M3) and continue into town. Pass under the bridge into Roeland Street. At the first traffic light turn right into De Villiers Street. At the next traffic light turn right into Constitution Street and the Best Western Cape Suites Hotel entrance is on the right-hand side.
Metro commuter trains are a good way to get around town and Cape Town has an effective bus network, although most services stop running in the early evening. Taxis can be expensive but are worth considering late at night.
