Driving directions from Cancún International Airport: Take airport access road going east and follow signs to Zona Hotelera and Blvd Kukulcan. Proceed north on Blvd Kukulcan, resort is located on the right side of the road, just before Km Marker 19.

Getting there: One-way transfers are provided for guests staying a minimum of four nights only. Guests must book this ground transfer at least four days before arrival by calling the contact number on the guest reservation confirmation received after booking through this Web site. Written confirmation is required. Transfer service is available from 8 AM to 8 PM. Otherwise, authorized taxis are available as you exit the terminal. The cost is US$36–$75 for the trip to the hotel.
Note: Only authorized taxis are allowed to transport guests from the airport to resorts. However, all taxis can take passengers to the airport from the city or Hotel Zone, cutting the fare almost in half.

Getting around: The resort is located within the Zona Hotelera (Hotel Zone). Taxi rates in Cancún are determined by zones and the minimum fare within the Hotel Zone is US$5. (Guests should always negotiate taxi fares before beginning any trip.) Taxi fare to downtown Cancún is US$16–$25 while public and private buses are less than US$5. Car rentals are available online.

Many guests walk from the hotel to the El Rey archeological site and the scenic El Mirador lookout point. Once downtown, many tourist attractions are easily accessible on foot. For visiting Mayan ruins, taxis can be rented by the hour or day for US$36–$75. Mopeds are an easy, although riskier, way to get around the city and islands and are US$26–$35.
