Getting there: - To reach the hotel from the airport, travelers can take taxis or take Bus X9 to Ernst-Reuter-Platz, where they can change to the U-Bahn underground''s line U2 in the direction of Pankow, leaving the underground at Potsdamer Platz. Car rentals are available online.
Getting around: - Berlin is served by two underground/train systems, the U-Bahn and the S-Bahn, both of which have stations at Potsdamer Platz. Hotel staff summon taxis on request. In addition, the national railroad places rental bicycles around Berlin, with charges assessed per minute. Renters call a telephone number on the bicycle they wish to use and provide credit-card information to obtain a code unlocking the bicycle. Charges terminate when a bicycle is again locked.
