Aire de Mar - Separated from the buffet breakfast area by a sliding door, the ''Sea Air'' restaurant has an intimate and exclusive air about it. It seats a maximum of 35 people around elegantly laid out tables. As throughout the hotel, wood features prominently in the decor, with timber floors and cherry wood framed chairs with olive green upholstery. The chef prepares a mix of fish and meat dishes, varying according to the season. A further option is the gourmet set meal, with seven small dishes, that might include a serving of oyster with cream of cauliflower and Beluga caviar, duck breast with sauteed figs, and green tea biscuits with whipped lime cream and coconut sorbet.
