Dining at the The Dylan Amsterdam

The Bakery - Popular gourmet restaurant offers Continental breakfast, and lunch and dinner menus fusing Asian, French, and Italian cuisines, such as Fillet of Veal baked with Shanso Pepper. Converted from an old bakery, intimate and exclusive dining room has original baking ovens and exposed brickwork. Open every day; closed Sunday evenings; reservations essential.

Long Gallery - A 20-meter (66-foot), brick-floored room with Oriental-style console tables and wide black-and-white scroll-armed sofas. Large windows overlook the garden, and guests order from a light menu of sandwiches, soups, and salads. Open daily, from midday to late evening.

Chinese Room - Asian minimalism meets avant-garde European design in this intimate lounge and bar. Bold and delicate, it is clad in black panels, punctuated with carved oak details and intricate framed prints of classical architecture. Flanked by slender four-foot-high table lamps, guests recline on black-and-white banquettes. Drinks are served daily, from early morning to late evening.
