Dining at the The Dylan Amsterdam
Long Gallery - A 20-meter (66-foot), brick-floored room with Oriental-style console tables and wide black-and-white scroll-armed sofas. Large windows overlook the garden, and guests order from a light menu of sandwiches, soups, and salads. Open daily, from midday to late evening.
Chinese Room - Asian minimalism meets avant-garde European design in this intimate lounge and bar. Bold and delicate, it is clad in black panels, punctuated with carved oak details and intricate framed prints of classical architecture. Flanked by slender four-foot-high table lamps, guests recline on black-and-white banquettes. Drinks are served daily, from early morning to late evening.
