Brasserie Schiller - Situated in the original Art Deco brasserie area, “Brasserie Schiller” provides an atmospheric area for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks. The à la carte restaurant menu is modern European specializing in fish dishes. Featuring the original arched ceiling, colored stained-glass windows and wood panelling, as well as some of the former hotel owner’s original paintings, including a self-portrait.
