Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS): Approximate driving time is 20 minutes and distance is 15 kilometres (9 miles).
There is a railway station in the terminal’s central hall, under Schiphol Plaza; direct trains run to Amsterdam Centraal Station approximately every 15 minutes. A shuttle bus goes directly from the airport to the hotel. Schiphol Travel Taxis are available from outside the arrivals hall. Much of Amsterdam can be explored on foot although trams run throughout the city. The central station is five kilometres from the hotel. A typical taxi fare from the airport costs approx. 35 euros.
Driving directions: Leave Schiphol Airport in the direction of Amsterdam/Utrecht on the A4/E19 for approx. 3 km. Carry on the A4/E19 in the direction of Amsterdam/Zaanstad for approx. 2 km. Carry on the A10 for approx. 1 km following Amsterdam Ring (Zuid). Take exit S108 onto the Amstelveenseweg. Carry on this road for approx. 1.2 km. At the roundabout take the first exit onto the Cornelis Krusemanstraat. After about 500 metres this road changes into De Lairessestraat. The hotel is on the right hand side after approx. 1km.
