La Sirène - Overlooking the confluence of five canals, this nautically themed restaurant specializes in fresh seafood. La Sirène’s concept was created in cooperation with Michel Rostang, a two-Michelin-star executive chef and proprietor of the Le Dessirier in Paris. The restaurant serves a buffet breakfast, à la carte lunch and dinner, and Sunday champagne brunch. A waterside terrace is open for lunch and dinner during warmer months.
