The Hacienda Temozon
Colonial opulence in the heart of the Mayan world
Half an hour south of Mérida, this delightful 17th-century hacienda preserves the gracious architecture of the original colonial estate.
Hand-embroidered linens, heavy wooden furniture, and patterned tile floors create one-of-a-kind guestrooms with 18 ft. ceilings.
The haciendas focal point is a long swimming pool accented by stone columns and surrounded by palm trees and tropical foliage.
